Headphone Revolution started as Silent Disco King in 2009 and has been on a mission ever since to provide unique audio solutions. In layman’s terms we make and supply clever headphones that do clever things.
We are a niche company that supplies unique solutions to a growing list of top tier companies such as ASOS, BBC, Disney, Glastonbury Festival, HSBC, Waitrose and W hotel.
Our custom designed headphones are used worldwide at various events from corporate conferences in Copenhagen, yoga on a beach in Australia, through to schools, the fields of Glastonbury, outdoor cinemas, weddings and parties.
Headphone Revolution is growing at a great pace, yet there is still tremendous opportunity within all our brands. We have a team that has spent years developing our headphones and products to ensure our clients get the best. The primary focus of the role is to handle incoming business enquiries and to develop existing accounts.
Your responsibilities will include managing the customer journey - gaining knowledge of our products and services to promote the best solution according for your customer’s requirements, managing and overseeing any orders or events, and following up to ensure customer delight.
