The SDK crew are continually gearing up for a hectic schedule of festivals and events.

Silent Disco King is the world’s largest Silent Disco company. We craft, create and deliver the biggest, maddest and most adrenaline fuelled Silent Discos, across the UK, Europe and USA.

Festivals you could work at

We’re talking about two of the biggest and best festivals in the UK:

Boardmasters – Think sun, sea, surf, and incredible music on the Cornish coast.

Reading Festival – An iconic weekend with world-class artists and unforgettable crowds.

This summer, we’re on the lookout for people to join our SDK Crew at these legendary events.

You’ll be helping us deliver the ultimate Silent Disco experience to thousands of festival-goers – and getting paid while being right at the heart of the action.

What does the Silent Disco Crew do?

Whilst being a member of our Silent Disco crew at festivals you’ll be needed to help…

Assist crew members unloading equipment for events - usually consisting of moving boxes of headphones
Provide assistance to SDK Crew Leaders by setting up Silent Disco Systems and headphones before the Silent Disco events start
Distribute and collect Silent Disco headphones during the festival/event.This could mean either taking payments for headphone deposits or just handing out/collecting headphones.
Assist with headphone exchanges, sanitisation and technical support whilst the Silent Discos are in full swing.
Charging the headphones (usually during the day).
Set up and take down for each event
Being a supportive and helpful being to our other crew members

If you don’t mind working strange hours, sleeping in a tent, doing a bit of lifting and dealing with the music-loving public, this is a role you’ll love!
